With a background in Psychology and Exercise Science, Heather's approach is one that challenges the underworkings of mind to allow the body to push to its utmost biomechanical human potential. Heather has studied exercise and psychology since 2006, instructed Spinning, boot camps, group exercise and individual training since 2008 and worked in corporate and commercial fitness since 2008. In addition to Spinning, Heather is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and specializes in postural alignment, body composition, overuse injuries and autoimmune disorders. She guides practice releasing positive thought while exploring the body's real ability. Creating a positive structure and function for happier healthier bodies.
