Abdominal lengthening combines corrective exercise, yoga, Pilates, & core strengthening movements to reverse the shortening of the hips and low back, as well as, increase the length of the low belly & abdomen. Self-Myofascial release techniques (tennis-ball massage) and specific stretches unlock the tight muscles that pooch the lower body. Elongation techniques and torso tightening exercises are applied to elevate the belly button & increase the space in the lumbar spine. Finally flat abs. This class will actually make you taller!

HATHA FUN FLOW
Expect a dynamic, yet slower-paced class that is comfortable for beginners and advanced yogis, alike. Fun Flow incorporates basic yoga elements with light vinyasa flow to increase heat and circulation within, while still focusing on pranayama breathing exercises, and allowing students a deep stretch while building strength.
Hot Hatha Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga in a heated room. Learn poses to increase circulation, improve posture and flexibility. All levels encouraged to attend.
The goal of the Maharishi Yoga asanas (postures) is to help create the state of Yoga, the state of totality. The ideal of the asanas is to have both the mind and body both on a permanent level of stability in good coordination with each other. The daily practice of these specified asanas aims at establishing the physiology and its relationship with the mind in such a way that whatever the pose of the body and whatever may be the mode of the mind, the relationship of the mind and body would always be an ideal relationship of mind and body which will not allow the loss of that restful, pleasantly settled state of Yoga. This means that the transcendent state gained during our TM practice will be permanently set in both mind and body.

Power Hour Yoga
A 60 minute heavy vinyasa flow focusing on balance and the core. This class will guide you at a fast pace through Vinyasa flow working the whole body intending to target those who wish to help center and strengthen the core.

West Coast Swing
West Coast Swing (WCS) is a partner dance with roots in Lindy Hop. It is characterized by a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection, and is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor. The dance allows for both partners to improvise steps while dancing together, putting West Coast Swing in a short list of dances that put a premium on improvisation.
