Abdominal Lengthening

Abdominal lengthening combines corrective exercise, yoga, Pilates, & core strengthening movements to reverse the shortening of the hips and low back, as well as, increase the length of the low belly & abdomen. Self-Myofascial release techniques (tennis-ball massage) and specific stretches unlock the tight muscles that pooch the lower body. Elongation techniques and torso tightening exercises are applied to elevate the belly button & increase the space in the lumbar spine. Finally flat abs. This class will actually make you taller!

Booty Bump

A class 100% dedicated to blasting the lower body. We will use weights, alternating rep speed, and dedicated programming to get your rear in gear.


Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means "the cure to something hidden within." SST transforms the way the body looks and performs within days - some students say they notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their first class.

A fast paced high energy fusion of Latin & Hip Hop rhythms designed to move your body, tone your core and keep the heart rate up, while burning serious calories. Enjoy simple Latin & Hip Hop dance choreography in an high energy aerobic flow of expression and endurance. Dancing is one of the best forms of cardio & Hip Hop Cardio makes it so fun! You won't realize you're working out! This follow along class is great for any one looking to work a little more cardio into their routine. Core & Cardio

This is a 60 minute class divided into two parts. The 1st part will be dedicated to core work. The 2nd part will be a metabolism boosting full body circuit that will have your body primed for the weekend.


This Yoga class is meant to be relaxed and enjoyable. A FUN, flowing class that will tone muscles and increase flexibility. Fun Flow Yoga allows students the opportunity to become better acquainted with themselves without feeling judged.

Honey Badger Martial Arts' mission is to offer reliable, efficient, and effective real life self defense techniques to students of all levels. The goal is for the student to gain an awareness of real life threats and to obtain knowledge in order to elude & evade, seize & control and or to attack & destroy (if necessary).

Morning Wake Up Flow is an hour flow meant to wake up the body and clear the mind, all while setting an intention for the day so that we may walk out of class and live our yoga.

Power Hour Yoga

A 60 minute heavy vinyasa flow focusing on balance and the core.  This class will guide you at a fast pace through Vinyasa flow working the whole body intending to target those who wish to help center and strengthen the core.

Tai Chi & Qigong for health

This hour long class focuses on the 5 key regulations of Tai Chi - Regulating the Body, Breath, Qi, Mind and Spirit.
Students will gain an understanding of postures, terminology, balance and stances. Several Qigong forms as well as Yang style Tai Chi will be instructed. Class is for all ages and levels of skill. – Honey Badger Martial Arts

Fitness Express

A fast paced full body blast. We guarantee to get you in and out in 45 minutes, and with a feeling of accomplishment. A typical class can include H.I.T., Tabatas, dedicated core, and muscular endurance training.

West Coast Swing

West Coast Swing (WCS) is a partner dance with roots in Lindy Hop. It is characterized by a distinctive elastic look that results from its basic extension-compression technique of partner connection, and is danced primarily in a slotted area on the dance floor. The dance allows for both partners to improvise steps while dancing together, putting West Coast Swing in a short list of dances that put a premium on improvisation.

Country/Western Two-Step

The country/western two-step, often called the "Texas two-step" or simply the "two-step," is a country/western dance usually danced to country music in common time. ... The Texas two-step is generally done with two long steps and a step-close-step to two-four time.
